Would you believe me if I told you that this day was overcast and rainy? No? Yeah, you would probably have no idea. Living in Oklahoma these last three years has brought our fair share of rain and uncertainty surrounding photo sessions. Due to this, I don’t cancel a session until the day of because the weather is so unpredictable. Cindy’s maternity session was a model call to photograph a new dress for my client’s closet and since she also had a dress she had bought for her maternity session already I told her we would shoot in that dress as well so the money she spent on it wouldn’t go to waste.
We started out on Tall Cheif Cove beach with her family. She and her girls were so photogenic even though the youngest wasn’t really into the idea of taking photos. Rather she just wanted to play in the sand. Then we moved into a few of Cindy by herself before some additional playful tosses with her youngest daughter and spins with her eldest.
From there we moved to the marina where we had an outfit change and a gorgeous sunset.
